The Dzogchen Center & Foundation reserves the right to review and approve all registrations. If, for any reason, Lama Surya Das and/or the Board of Directors of the Dzogchen Center & Foundation feel a registrant is unable to attend a retreat or event, due to disturbing and disruptive behavior at a previous event or retreat, Lama Surya Das and/or the Board of Directors of the Dzogchen Center & Foundation reserve the right to refuse the registration and prohibit the registrant from attending the event or retreat.
In the event that a registration is refused, the registrant may, after a period of one year from the date their registration was refused, submit a registration for another Dzogchen Center & Foundation event or retreat, provided however, that prior to submitting that registration the potential registrant:
1. Voluntarily submits to an interview with a representative(s) from the Dzogchen Center & Foundation
2. Submits any further documentation the Dzogchen Center & Foundation may require prior to or after said interview.
